It all began back in May 1989, when I embarked on my journey as a leasing agent in Galveston, aiming to support my college education. Rapidly ascending the ranks, by the age of 21, I found myself managing a small community on the south side of Houston. It was in this role that I discovered my true calling. In 1997, I obtained my real estate license and transitioned into selling homes with Etheredge Real Estate in Texas City. Under the guidance of Bill Etheredge, a mentor and exemplary broker, I flourished. Bill instilled in me not only a love for commercial real estate but also emphasized the importance of fundamental principles such as honesty, consistency, and hard work.
