I am Karina Mazariegos, I'm from Guatemala with a graphic designer degree. I bring 14 years of expertise to the table, along with fluency in three languages. I have two passions, helping people in Real Estate and give back to the community. My commitment service runs deep, as evidenced by my 8 years of mentoring with young girls in local schools, empowering them to reach their full potential. Passion drives me in my carrier, and I find genuine joy in the work that I do. I am able to effectively communicate and negotiate with diverse clientele. I am in constant communication with my clients as they go through the process of buying, selling or investing making the transaction as smooth as possible. Beyond my professional pursuits, I have a passion for running, photography, traveling and actively support local businesses. I am an inner-loop Houston native. I received a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas. I am both goal-oriented and a perfectionist. Being very focused, clients can be assured that I have a complete understanding of the home buying process and will be dedicated to the task - whether buying or selling - for as long as it takes.

I have also spent time building new homes and remodeling existing homes which makes me an asset to anyone looking to buy or sell homes.

Being fluent in both Italian and Spanish enhances my areas of expertise, which is relocation.

Ever eager to improve my skills and abilities to serve my clients, I have studied for and have completed the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designations and am currently working on the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation.

When i am not thinking / breathing real estate, I like to spend time with my favorite gals: my beautiful wife, 15 & 5 year old daughters who keeps me plenty busy.

A native Texan, Kelly has lived all over the Lone Star State. Born in Dallas, she has called Austin, Lubbock and finally Houston home. Now a resident of Cinco Ranch, she markets areas in Katy and Sugar Land.
